Got a new blower motor and resistor and when I wire it up nothing happens?

Got a new blower motor and resistor and when I wire it up nothing happens. All fuses are good.

When you did the blower motor did you replace the speed control resistor as well? Also let's check for power at BLWR fuse under the hood here is a guide that will help and i have included the blower motor speed control location and replacement instructions in the images below.

There is power at the fuse and I replaced the speed control resistor as well.

Can we check for power at the red wire at the speed controller (resistor?) Also, can we check for ground at the black wire? here is a guide also I have included the wiring diagrams for the blower motor so you can see how it works:
