A/C Heat, does not change to floor flow?

There is only one bleed door actuator that is electrical on this vehicle which is at the top of the heater plenum. Remove the glove box door and you should be able to get to it. You may have just lost the vacuum to the HVAC controls.

I have seen the rotary valve go out as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
