AC works on bottom and defrost only, can't get it to come out the top vents. This is the front cabin only, the rear is fine. I believe it is a servo I just don't know where it is located. Or maybe an actuator. Please let me know where I can see a diagram of where it is. Also where can I get the parts necessary to fix it

The mode door actuator is mounted on the left end of the HVAC case. You can see it from under the dash on the drivers side. Watch it while switching the mode and see if anything is broken or jammed.
