A/C does not blow cold air?

I'm looking to diagnose the exact A/C issue (at least as much as possible or hear what to do next) with my vehicle listed above EX model (front and back A/C). I've reported my hopefully thoroughly adequate testing.

The first thing we need to do is see if the system has enough refrigerant, here is a guide to help with that:

Does the compressor kick on when the A/C is at the coldest settings? Can you see the clutch engage?

Yes, the clutch definitely engages (visually confirmed). Also, I don't hear any bad sounds from the compressor. Thanks.

I would check the out pipe from the firewall with the system on and if it is cold, I would replace the temperature actuator under the dash here is the location. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.
