A/C blows warm air, sometimes will not come out vents other times it does. compressor is not running.

Good afternoon,
You need to check the pressures in the system first to see if there is enough pressure to close the switches and turn on the compressor.
You can rent a set of gauges at a parts store.

I recharged the system it's almost full. would this be a door actuator that's not moving? A/C has worked fine until it seemed like air was not coming out the vents and warm.

No, an actuator would not be the cause of the compressor not working.
