a/c compressor will not kick in,

a/c on 1999 astro van will not run, a/c compressor is only 1 year old, a/c worked fine until I shut it off, when I went to drive the vehicle again it would not kick in, the blower will run when you set it on max a/c but the compressor will not kick in, checked the fuse, relay and they are both good compressor will noit kick in, thank you

Need to check charge first if you have gauge set hook up and post static readings. If not have a shop do AC check generally @$20-30
