Check refrigerant with A/C refill can. When checked with A/C can measure came up as not needing additional coolant. Compressor clutch turns on when a/c button is turned on. Help!

Okay, it sounds like the A/C is working, I would start the engine and turn the system on and then grasp the larger refrigerant line to see if it is cold, if so, there is a mode blend door actuator that would like it is not working.

Here is a guide to help and the location of the actuator so you can check it out:

Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.

The A/C line is not cold. Re-test refrigerant level still says full. Clutch on compressor is cycling on/off. If it is expansion valve/orifice tube, where are they located? And to replace part does refrigerant have to be captured?

Yes, you need to have the A/C system refrigerant recovered. Can I ask what the high side pressure is, if you are using the charge bottle, they can be off sometimes. This system uses an expansion valve which is connected to the evaporator core, you might be able to get to it from the firewall side.

Here is a video that can help us fix it:

Nice work, but I don't see any pressure on the high side is the gauges connected? Please connect the high side gauge. The #1 reason the A/C light will blink is low refrigerant levels. We should run a CAN scan to see if there are any codes stored of other issues such as a pressure sensor that has shorted, please go over this video to show you how.
