Today my A/C started blowing warm and the A/C button was flashing. Then I pressed the button twice, the light turned solid and my A/C was fine.

What does this indicate? Do I just need to top off the refrigerant? If that is the case, what is the procedure?

Hi,

That is the first thing I would check. If the pressure gets too low in the system, there is a "low pressure" switch that will prevent the A/C from working and damaging itself.

Take a look through this link. You may find it of interest. It discusses the most common causes of an A/C system not working or weak.

If you would like to try charging the system, here is a link that explains how it's done:

Let me know if that helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
