Hello - having a intermittent problem when driving with my a/c blowing hot on the driver's side. All other vents blow cold. Changing the temp control switch does not make it cold again. This can be corrected if I turn off the engine and back on again. Any idea what the problem may be? Thank you!!

Hi Ken,

It is a common problem with these vehicles that the blend door actuator has gone out, so the temperature door is not moving into position.

Here is the instructions and diagram of what it takes to change it

Can we back up and find out how many actuators you changed and then a little detail about your vehicle. Is this a dual zone temp vehicle meaning can you adjust each side temp separately from each other?

Lastly, can you get a video of what you mean by the whole dash goes out? Does this mean all the electronics are not responding or shut off?
