Just put in a blend door actuator in last week from AutoZone. all vacuum lines are new, when and checked out okay. Turn on the A/C, after the new door was installed, ,nice cold air came out and ran the car for 10 minutes. Today turned the A/C on, same problem is happening as before, could this be the the new actuator that i put in? I hope not, because what a headache it was to get at and bruised knuckles and sore back. What do you think? Is there any way to check? I do not know it's the same problem. Thanks for any info on your end . Help, hot in Phila PA., 85 degrees.

Good morning,

Can you hear the door moving back and forth when you command heat and A/C?

Do you have gauges to test the high and low side pressures? It could be a Freon issue
