A/C blowing cool air on passenger only

I was in a head-on collision and the radiator/condenser had to be replace. Now the A/C is only blowing somewhat cool air on the passenger side and hot air on the driver side. After about a week, I turned it on again and now, it is making a loud hissing gurgling type of noise.

first is to pull the fuse for heater inside car for sixty seconds with key on and see if it resets actuator. if not the actuator is bad for blend on that side. the gurgling may be coolant so make sure level is full in coolant reservoir.
