I recently had my auto's motor blower replaced (underneath and behind glove compartment). Will that/did that cause a loss of R134a (Freon)?

Good morning,

I attached the procedure for you for the replacement. It is located under the right side of the dash and is easily accessible.

As far as a loss of Freon, no. There are many other components that can cause the loss of Freon.

You will need to have a dye installed and charge the system and use a good bright LED light to find the leak.
