The air conditioning works but switching from front vent, defroster, feet, etc does not correspond with the input to the controls. Also this problem does not allow full control of the temperatures. Is there a blend door? Is there something else? What are common problems and items to check first? I attached a picture of the type of controls on this vehicle.

Any chance there are service manual written procedures and video to change the air outlet control servo and the air mix control servo specifically on this make model ? That would be much appreciated.

This is all we have, they don't give us step by step for some reason on this repair. Sorry. If you upload images for what you are doing to can help guide you through the repair.

Yep, mode servo, it is located right above the accelerator pedal. Use a flash light so you can get at it, also remove the lower dash panel on the drivers side.

There are two control servo motors in the picture. Can you explain the purpose of each of them? Since I know I definitely have a problem with the location of the air coming out of a different vent than selected, I should try to change that first.

The one with the red arrow is the air mix control servo motor, and what does that do? Also, the other one, the air outlet control servo motor pictured above it, what does that do?

Yep, so the air mix is for the temperature and the outlet is for the vent control, ie: floor, mid and defrost.
