A/C continues to run constantly while car is running?

So, is this the blower motor keeps running or the A/C compressor is on continuously? If the blower motor will o shut off this means the blower motor controller is shorted out here is the location so you can check it out and replace the unit to fix the problem. The part is under the dash on the passenger's side. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
