A/C on it starts to shake and it drives really rough and eventually overheats

When I turn my A/C on it starts to shake and it drives really rough and then sometimes the water from the reservoir will over flow and boil and spits most of the water out then eventually my car will overheat.

When was the last time the thermostat was changed?

I am concerned about running rough. You have misfires going on for some reason and when you add the load of the A/C, it overheats. That tells me you may have a failing or failed head gasket.

If the car overheats, the A/C system will not work correctly as the hot engine will not allow cold air.
