A/C blowing hot air?

Trying to bring my truck listed above Super cab xlt 4x4 back to life. The A/C blower works and seems to cycle, but only blows hot air. It hasn't really been driven since 2008 and has sat in garage. I'm wondering if it only needs a recondition and recharge kit?

Hi,

If you notice the compressor isn't engaging, recharging is the first place to test. If it sat that long, it may have leaked.
