New A/C compressor stopped working

New compressor. Kept going on and off on and off. Was cooling great, then just quit working. Compressor will not come on. Will not take any more Freon.

Good morning.

What are the high and low side pressure in the system?

Did you check for voltage at the compressor?

I attached a wire diagram. Make sure you have power to the relay and 5 volt reference to the pressure switch.
