I put on a new compressor, and dryer and re-charged it and now it won't come on by it self from the start but if I remove the negative battery cable for 5 seconds and put it back on then start the car the A/C will come on and run on all speeds and work fine all day long. If I don't cut the car off, but once I cut the car off I have to do it all over again. Can you help me out, please?

It sounds like the HVAC controller is resetting, I would run a CAN scan to confirm the issue. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

here is a video to show you how:

here is how to change the HVAC controller out in case a code comes up for it. I would check the clutch coil for the compressor. I have seen defective units cause all kinds of strange problems. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

Hello Ken, I got the scan tool that you suggested to get, and I am working with it learning how to work it. Okay, thanks, but I have another problem with a friend car it's a 2012 Hyundai sonata with an A/C problem someone replace the expansion valve on it and it's not blowing cold the compressor is running so I pull a vacuum on it and recharge it and the pressure is about 10 on the low side and 100 on the high side. Can you tell me if that is the presser valve or the compressor?
