A/C compressor still turns on and off after replacing A/C system

My A/C system was replace A/C kit and condenser, but the A/C compressor still turns on and off.

Hi,

It is normal for the compressor to cycle on and off. There are pressure sensors which cause it to happen prior to damage being done.

Is the system cooling?
