My A/C only blows cold air on the passenger side. I have replaced the blend door actuator and the compressor and it is still the same, what could it be?

Let's make sure you replace the correct blend door actuator, also when the actuator is removed work the pivot by hand with the HVAC running to see if the temperature changes. This will tell us of the blend door itself is okay inside the HVAC plenum. Also, plug the actuator without being bolts in position so you can observe the actuator movement to see if it's working or if you have a defective unit. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
