My A/C is blowing hot air and normally I would think it's the condenser but every once in a while it tries to blow cold air. Does that sound like it could be an actuator?

It sounds like the AC system is low on charge, please go over these two guides:

I'm sorry I forgot to mention this was after my fiancée added Freon and yes, he added too much but I let it out until the gauges showed that it was in a good level and out of the red.

Okay, sometimes when overcharged the high pressure blow off safety valve can let go draining the system completely. Please go over this video to make sure the pressure right correct and the state of change is okay.

I watched the video at the link you provided but I already checked the level of refrigerant in my A/C and let the excess out and I did put it in the bottle that was used to recharge my A/C but I think it may be either my door actuator or the door that lets the heat from the engine in. It's running and feels cold until my engine heats up then I can't get any cool air. I just don't know where it is to close, or I would have done it already and I have searched the internet for days looking for anything to help. What do you think?

With the A/C running grasp the large refrigerant tube coming from the firewall to the compressor, if it is cold then yes, I would say the blend door actuator could be going bad and cause the problem you are having. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
