First you have to remove the alternator belt. Loosen the lower pivot bolt and the upper lock nut. Loosen the adjusting bolt above the alternator until it can be moved enough for the belt to be removed.

Just forward of where the power steering belt leaves the pulley, there's a lock nut to loosen, along with the lock nut behind that bracket. From the metal fill pipe on the power steering pump, a few inches to the front of that is the adjusting bolt to loosen. If you can't push the pump down, you'll have to loosen the pivot bolt from underneath. It's a few inches behind where the belt first contacts the pulley.

Snug the lock nuts lightly before tightening the adjusting bolt. For the alternator, tighten the pivot bolt to 40 foot pounds, and snug the lock nuts, then tighten the adjuster bolt. Fully tighten all the lock nuts after the belts are tight.
