99 Ford Expedition 5.4l engine idle roughly sometime

When engine is running sometime engine act likes want to cut off then after like few minutes engine will raises itself up and running normal. I have tried cleaning throttle body with cleaner, changed fuel filter, air filter with no luck. Somebody told me that it could be vacuum leak somewhere in engine but I coudn't find any so far plus sometime there is some hesitation when I press gas pedal.
