Cylinder number two misfire

My truck is a Silverado with a 5.78L engine. i have a misfire on number two cylinder. i put in a spider because my truck had a lead code now that is fixed.

Good morning.

Lead code?? please explain and can you tell me the code number?

As far as the miss there are many possibilities.

1. spark plug.
2. ignition wire, cap or rotor.
3. fuel injector or wiring.
4. vacuum leak at intake manifold.
5. low compression from internal engine.
6. valve train not moving.
