After tune up the engine runs very rough

Truck listed above is a k1500. I have changed plugs, wires rotor button, distributor cap, ignition coil, ignition control module. It will start upon plugs not being flooded when it starts it runs very rough, timing has been set to #1 plug several times and sometimes it takes a long start to turn over to a very rough run.

Do you mean the truck floods?

Did you check the actual fuel pressure? I would start there.

Are there any codes set? The coolant sensor does send a signal to the ECM for rich and lean commands.
