I am trying to put the motor from a 1995 5.0l F150 with a manual transmission into the vehicle listed above, but now I have to spark or power to half of my fuses, or my fuel pump do they interchange or what do I need to do? i'm kind of new to engine swapping.

No problem, it sounds like you have left off one of the main poser feeds to the car from the battery or near the starter solenoid, I believe you have fusible links as well, make sure you are getting power through the main wiring here is a guide to help you use a test light. Check the wiring diagrams below to help.
