93 Honda Civic will npt continue running.. losing gas pressure somewhere

Replaced the fuel pump and it starts but does not continue to run. It dies out as if losing gas pressure after idling smoothly for a short time

Change fuel filter and check that the fuel pressure is as per specs pressure should be 40-47 psi with modulator vacuum hose disconnected and 30-38 with the modulator vacuum hose connected, if there is on change in the pressure the vacuum pressure modulator is probably faulty.
