How do I activate the high beam headlights?

Hey, so I have the car listed above and I can’t figure out high beams. I’ve pressed the general light button to turn on normal lights but don’t know how to get highs now, I’ve tried holding it, double pressing, but can’t figure it out, only one if the front lights will turn on, can anyone help?

It should be on the blinker stock, gently pull the blinker handle towards you until you hear a click. The high beams should be on, then repeat the operation to turn them off again. Let me know if you need anything else.
