I have a 91 buick century 3.3l v6 that's running rough, has lost a good bit of its gas mileage and is giving me codes 26 and 48. The check engine light doesn't come on til after the car has gotten up to a warmer temperature, even faster on hot days, even slower on cold days

any idea what it might be?

The code 26 is for quad driver circuit. The code 48 is misfire diagnosis. How long since a tune-up? Replacing the 02 sensor is part of tune-up.
