This could be a fuel issue so we should check the pressure but lets start with the idle air control which on this engine appears to be the throttle blade. You have a Throttle Actuator Control module that basically controls the throttle in all situations.

However, before we get too far down this road, is the theft light on or flashing when this happens?
An active theft system will cause these issues so we need to make sure that is not happening.
If the throttle bore is clean then we need to make sure the pressure is correct by checking it using this guide:
