T150 was jumping out of gear

Pulled the transmission and transfer case. Separated transmission and transfer case and rear bearing adapter came out of transmission. If this was a little bit loose to start with would it cause the first gear problems or would all the gears have problems/

Which bearing main shaft? Counter shaft? Idler shaft?

It is the main shaft where it mounts to the transfer case.

Yes, it could by upsetting the balance of the main shaft.
