Fan clutch

6.0 PSD. Does the fan clutch need to be plugged in, or will the truck be fine without it?

The fan is controlled through the computer, if it is not connected it will not function to cool the engine when it needs it, like in slow traffic or setting still. Not a good thing to leave off.
