six cylinder misfire

Okay, i am trying to pass emissions, but the sixth cylinder misfires. I got a tune up and new ignition coil, but to no avail the van still misfires.

best thing here and cheapest option for you is to have a local mechanic diagnose and fix it. it can be injectors, spark plug, wire, any sensor in engine as well as basic engine problem.
