Fifth relay in in the relay control box (K40) will not engage while trying to start the engine.

Hello,

Are your trying to work on the secondary air injection relay? Does the relay make any noise?
Does is giving you an error code? Here is a guide that will help with getting codes if you need it:

These K40 relays are a common issue with no start situations.
