Normally this is a transfer case motor but we need to know if the light comes on to say it is shifting to 4WD and if you hear the actuator clicking?

If you are not hearing the actuator/motor and the light is flashing while trying to shift then that means the motor is the issue or the motor is not getting any power.

I attached info on the motor and how to replace it as that is most likely the issue.

Let me know about this info and we can go from there. Thanks
