My hubs are locked and 4x4. The light is on but the front wheels are not engaging. What can I check next?

Hey Chris,

This could be a problem with the transfer case or the shifter/actuator, Does your truck have a shifter or a button to engage the 4x4? If ther is a button then I would think it is the transfer case actuator. Here is a diagram to help you get an eye on what is going on.

Please let us know what happens.

It is a button. Thanks, I appreciate the help. It would be the actuator then.

Yep this is what I would look at first.

Please let us know what you find so it will help others.
