My 4wd service light went on, so I replaced the 4 button switch in dash, the 4wd actuator, and then realized the atc 20amp fuse (located under the hood) was blown, Changed that and it blew again. Changed it again and left it in 2WD. I'm not sure what to do next.

Hi,

What I want you to do is disconnect the actuator on the transfer case and see if the fuse blows when you switch to 4wd. If it does, we have a short before the actuator. If it doesn't, then we know it is in the actuator itself.

Do this and let me know what you find.
