May I please have the transmission rebuild instructions for the 4T65E? I already did the tear down and got the overhaul kit along with a few other parts that needed to be replaced.

Does it say anything about the measurements for the locking rings because there are two that are almost the same so I’m not sure which one goes where

Sure, I could’ve gotten mixed up and one may be the old one and the other may be the new one, but I’m not sure. I’ll upload them next to each other and then the difference. I know one goes on top of the final drive gear inside the case

It does not matter, you can install it anyway it goes in. Just make sure it is fully clipped in.
