If you replaced the sensor, most likely it is a wiring issue. I attached a picture below that shows possible causes. Take a look through them. Also, I have a long drawn out test procedure. However, it does require wiring knowledge and testing equipment. If you feel it is something you want to try, let me know and I'll send it to you.
In the interim, make sure the connectors are in good condition, not corroded, bent or damaged in any way.
