Four wheel drive not responding and stuck in 4L

I have the truck off the ground to first locate and replace a bad wheel bearing (which i did), put it in 4L and it would not come out. replace transfer motor it ran in 2H at first when cycled to 4H and 4L it stuck in 4L again. I checked the fuses not finding any power going to the switch.

It sounds like the controller is out. To be sure there are fuses that run the system which you can see which fuses to check and how the system works.
