brakes will not pump up?

Replaced rotors, master cylinder booster. My question is bench bled master cylinder we get all kinds of fluid out of 2 of the 4 ports other 2 don't seem to have much fluid and brakes wont pump up to capacity. #rd master cylinder and new booster what are we doing wrong? This is a non ABS auto.

It sounds like you still have air in the master cylinder. here is a video to help you see what's going on and how to get the air out. You will need four bleed lines which the video only shows two but the process is the same.
