passenger side is pooling up a little water?

My front passenger side is pooling up a little water causing the floor mats to feel damp/wet, I know its most likely the cowl drain, however I don't know if Ford changed the location on the 2018+ Mustangs or what because it's much harder to get to compared to all the video's I've seen of the older models.

I assume what you mean by cowl drain is the evaporator core drain. These can plug causing the water on the floor on the passenger side. This happens when a small piece of insolation moves other the drain hole.
