There are conflicting reads that my 2019 Jeep Cherokee does/does-not have Rain-Sensing-Wipers. Anyone have access to dealership programmable options to check this out?

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

The rain sensing wiper component on your vehicle is an option and would have been ordered when the car was produced. A dealership should be able to tell you if it has it based on the vehicle identification number (VIN). Also, it will be listed as an option in the window sticker.

If you have it, there will be a sensor located to the right of the inside mirror and will be concealed in the black plastic mirror trim. You cannot see if from inside, but from the outside of the vehicle, it is visible. I attached a picture of what it looks like. If you have that component near the mirror, the vehicle has it. If there is not a sensor on the windshield, then it was not ordered with it.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe

Welcome back.

It does not appear to have it.
