entertainment system not working

The entertainment/information system on my SUV listed above is black and stays black. The backup camera does come on when in reverse. I've tried disconnecting the negative terminal for half an hour and pulling the radio fuse in the passenger compartment fuse box.

Unfortunately, this may need to go to a dealer for replacement. It is a pretty common issue on these type of connected radios. When the screen blanks out it normally cannot be recovered. They are not like the previous radios that can be reset. The only issue that normally works with is when the radio is stuck in a loop. Resetting it will normally work temporarily but will still need a software update or replacement to fix it.

However, based on time and mileage this should still be under warranty so they should take care of it for you.

Let me know if you have questions but as I said, there are not many options other than replacement.
