Hi,

My original head unit is a Navi unit without amplifier (Motrex MTXM100QL) which has just died.

I am seeking the wiring diagram or pin-out diagram to replace it with the upgraded unit from a 2021 model (96560-D9800FHV / model IA88617QLNG) - both have the 38+35 pin connector.

Everything works except for audio. When operating, the volume knob is swapped with the tune knob on the new unit compared to the old unit (volume is now on the left knob, whereas the dash has the volume on the right knob). All other functions work as expected (reversing camera, navigation/GPS, carplay), just no sound.

I checked with Google AI which suggested bridging Connector B18 (body side - blank) to B22 (body side - blue) to wake up the audio loop in the amp, but not sure that will work?

Thanks for reading!

Can I ask if you have steering wheel controls? I have seen the clock spring go out and cause the volume circuit fail and cause the audio not to work. Here are the wiring diagrams, we don't have the connector views, sorry.
