engine cooling fan real loud?

What could the problem be if engine fan is real loud. when i start it its still loud.

I meant it is 2016 ford f150 2.7L

So we are talking about the radiator cooling fans correct? These are electric so they are on high all the time correct? This can be because of a bad engine cylinder head temperature sensor, to help confirm the issue and can use a scanner to see what the value is when the engine is cold, it should be close to the outside temperature. If the valve is high like 150 degrees in the winter time you know the sensor is bad, here is a the location of the sensor in case you need to replace it, and I will email it to you as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Yes, but they call it a cylinder head temperature sensor. Did you get a chance to put a scanner on it to get the reading to confirm the failure?. Also, you can take short video and upload it here so I can see what is going on.

Update, I found out I had too much Freon in system which tripped high pressure sensor to turn fan full blast now it does not come on. I have to recharge to see if ac will come on.
