Car listed above is an S model. The heat and A/C themselves work just fine. The issue I'm having is that I can't change where they are coming from. It's all stuck on floor.

When turning the knob there's no feedback, no sounds, nothing.

Any ideas?

Hello,

It sounds like the issue is a stuck mode door actuator. The mode actuator is what controls the air flow from different positions. It can fail and get stuck in one.

The mode door actuator is located behind the dash in the HVAC box.

I have attached a diagram below for your reference.

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
