no crank no start, little square that's around the park is gone?

The vehicle listed above won't crank, won't start, and the little square that's around the park is gone. what could cause it to not start? does it mean that the safety neutral switch is bad or the TCM is not reading on my scan tool?

If the TCM has gone out this problem will happens as well, what codes did your scanner get?
