Engine knock when engine is cold?

2015 HONDA ACCORD
21,700 MILES • 3.5L • V6 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

My car is the EXL model. The engine has a knock only until it warms up. also, there is no knock under load that I can tell. Honda says this is normal for their engines. I don't really think so.

sounds like it is a timing belt tensioner. the tensioner will leak fluid on these and have a loud fast knock or tapping noise until it warms up then usually goes away. timing belts are recommended at 7 years or 105k.
