Engine knock when engine is cold

My car is the EXL model. The engine has a knock only until it warms up. Also, there is no knock under load that I can tell. Honda says this is normal for their engines. I don't really think so.

No knock is normal under any circumstances.

Can you upload a video of the noise so we can hear it?
