I would like to ask if cars do have air vents to extract incoming air flow from closing the doors causing stress on windshield to loose?

No this is not the case, what sort of car are we dealing with, the air pressure change when closing a door in near zero and screens are seal so tight that you would almost need a hurricane force wind to move one, what is your exact problem?

We are encountering loose windshield and side glass due to weak sealant bonding. Is there any factor that maybe air force from closing the door and vibration might be one of the possible cause or is it only how strong the sealant bond of the glass.

In my opinion it is solely the screen sealing that will be the issue here
